BlackBeam ("Blackstreet," "we," "us") operates blackstreet.ai and the Blackstreet Read email.
The email address you give us when you subscribe. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) generated automatically by our hosting provider. We do not collect payment information directly — if you subscribe to Blackstreet Desk, payment is handled by our payment processor, which has its own privacy policy.
We use your email address to send the Blackstreet Read and, if you subscribe, Blackstreet Desk. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share data with service providers who help us run the site and send email (hosting, email delivery, payment processing), bound to use it only for that purpose.
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
You can unsubscribe from any email at any time via the link in every email. You can ask us to delete your data by emailing justin@blackbeam.co. If you are in a state with a consumer data privacy law (for example Virginia's VCDPA), you have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal data, and to opt out of its sale (we don't sell it) — contact justin@blackbeam.co to exercise these rights.
We use only what's necessary to run the site. No third-party ad trackers.
